Windows Support: Create new dial-up connection

1.	Left-click the Start button.
2.	Click on All Programs or Programs. (Depending on what the customer has his/her preference set to.)
3.	Go to Accessories.
4.	Go to Communications.
5.	Left-click once on New Connection Wizard.
6.	Click the Next button.
7.	Select Connect to the Internet and click the Next button.
8.	Select Set up my connection manually and click the Next button.
9.	Select Connect Using a dial-up modem and click the Next button.
10.	In the ISP Name field type Telepak.net and click the Next button.
11.	In the Phone number field type the local dial up access number and click the Next button.
12.	In the User name field type your username. In the Password field type in your password and re-type your password in the Confirm password field. Uncheck next to Turn on the Internet Connection Firewall for this connection. Click the Next button.
13.	Check the checkbox next to Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop.
14.	Click the Finish button.
15.	When you're ready to sign on the Internet, double click the Telepak.net icon.
